Hey, any advice on how to deal with a toddler who refuses to eat and has constant meltdowns at meal times? He used to be a great eater but now every meal time seems like a battle!
Any advice appreciated!

Preparing meals for toddlers can be tricky. Most time they will just waste it, first you will have to know your child. (Their likes and dislikes), sometimes been creative also fixes melt downs at meal times. My son is two years old and he loves tea only. Whenever I give him food , he just play in it and leave it. What I do is , get some vitamin to open his appetite then I sit down with him and eat some to show him that he should as well. Ig…Shelli___esha

I know it’s really hard but we found that we were fussing too much at meal time over what they ate and finally ended up just leaving the food on the table till they were hungry enough to come back to it worked for us
